Forex Tips and Tricks MegaDroid
After setting the Megadroid Forex expert advisor on my live trading account for more than a year, I wanted to share some observations on the inside of how this robot works and, more importantly, when to deactivate the robot to avoid losses when market conditions are unfavorable.
The robot MegaDroid trades only EUR / USD pair and installed in the 1 hour chart. Operations are placed only between the hours of 3:00 to 6:00 pm CST. This is, obviously, after the U.S. session has ended and before the Asian session starts. Rarely does one start MegaDroid operation before 4:00 pm and usually closes after 10 to trade 15 pips of profit is achieved or the stop loss 100 pips default beat is. Rara Once the trade beyond 6:00 pm CST so you know precisely when to observe the progress of trade and intervene if necessary.
The MegaDroid most operations are completed in less than 15 minutes and you can enjoy the rest of the night knowing that their profits have complete autopilot. To clarify a point, non-commercial Megadroid Forex every day and can go all week without placing an order. Words of warning from my own personal experience. On the evening of February 18 at 3:30 pm CST the FOMC made a surprise announcement that caused the MegaDroid in the wrong direction and a great loss (100 pips) was found. Simply search high-impact events the news that directly affect the EUR / USD cross and off MegaDroid on market days or wait for the event to happen and let the market calm down before re-activate the robot. It was a lesson learned from me. New Zealand and Australia, high-impact news events does not appear to cause excessive volitility in EUR / USD and can be overlooked when trading Forex MegaDroid robot.
Due to the precision of the robot trade I put on my lot size to 5% of my capital investment and generally control the trade if I get a "feel" that the conditions are optimal. If you look at the EUR / USD under 4-6pm CST time you get a feeling that the MegaDroid triggers and how it handles the trading for you.
If you read my recent post "never trust a robot" who knows I am a merchant of practice and always try to control my robot operations. This sometimes led me to intervene and make a profit too fast or accept a small loss just to see the MegaDroid would have made a good trade for the full benefit if left alone. I'm starting to re-evaluate the process of me on that.
